Refund Policy

Event cancelled If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the price paid, including fees, to your original payment method.

Event postponed or rescheduled Your tickets remain valid for the new date. [STATE WHETHER A REFUND IS OFFERED IF THE CUSTOMER CANNOT ATTEND THE NEW DATE.]

Change of mind Tickets are for a specific date and are not refundable for change of mind, except where required by law.

Supplier unable to deliver If we cannot deliver the tickets you ordered, you will receive a full refund. For tickets supplied on request, you are not charged until availability is confirmed.

Timing Refunds are issued within [14] days and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
