Are these official tickets? We sell genuine tickets sourced from our suppliers and partners. We are an independent seller, not the event organiser. The event page shows the face value and any restriction where available.

In which currency will I pay? The currency you are charged in is shown on every ticket card and again before payment. Prices in other currencies are approximate conversions based on European Central Bank reference rates.

When will I receive my tickets? The delivery method and expected timing are shown on the event page. You can follow your order with the secure link in your confirmation email, or request it again on the "Track my order" page.

What does "On request" mean? These tickets are confirmed with our supplier after you order. Your card is only authorised; you are charged only once availability is confirmed.
