Terms & Conditions

Última actualización 2026-10-20

1. Who we are These terms govern purchases made on this website, operated by [COMPANY NAME], [LEGAL FORM], registered under [REGISTRATION NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us").

2. Nature of the service We sell tickets directly to customers. Tickets are sourced from our network of suppliers and partners. We are not the event organiser, and unless expressly stated on the event page we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of the artists, promoters or venues listed.

Where required by law, the event page shows the original face value of the ticket, the seat or area, and any restriction on use or transfer.

3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in the currency in which you will be charged, including our service fee where applicable. Converted amounts in other currencies are indicative only. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

4. Availability and order confirmation Some tickets are held in confirmed stock and are sold immediately. Others are supplied on request: for these, your card is only authorised at checkout, and charged once our supplier confirms availability. If availability cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is released and you are not charged.

A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

5. Delivery Delivery method and timing are shown on the event page and in your order. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellation, postponement and refunds See our Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal rights for leisure services on a specific date may not apply to event tickets [CHECK APPLICABLE LAW, e.g. Art. L221-28 12° Code de la consommation / Art. 16(l) Directive 2011/83/EU].

7. Venue and organiser rules Ticket holders must comply with the organiser's and venue's terms, including entry, ID and security rules.

8. Liability [TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]

9. Applicable law and disputes [GOVERNING LAW]. Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME AND CONTACT].
